Feasibility study - We are able to look at your current office, or any new premises you are looking to move into, and decide how much space you actually need. Our team looks closely at every aspect, including existing staffing levels and any potential growth of the company. Our team assesses your current situation and any future plans to expand departments, including the need for extra storage and communal facilities. Our specialist team will look at the current plans of the building and also obtain plans for any new premises. We do this for all projects.
So, no matter how big or small the project is, you will receive a full feasibility study from us. It allows us to add up costs, as well as communicate clearly any suggestions that we may have for the refurbishment or fit out. After the initial meeting that we have with you, the feasibility study is typically the next step. Layout drawing and visuals - Once we have completed the feasibility study and the building appraisal, we then move on to producing detailed layout drawings and test fit drawings. They display exactly how the finished office space will work. After identifying your requirements, we create our concept and present it to you. These drawings are accompanied with a mood board which shows a visual representation of which direction the fit out will go in terms of materials, interior design and colours.
Our layout drawings and visuals are very detailed, they include arrangements of rooms and ideas for furniture that we think would suit your business. Our sample boards contain a number of examples of furniture as well as suggestions for finishes which we then discuss in depth with you. We can then make any changes that you think will improve our design, this process will go on until you are completely satisfied with the drawings – only then will we move on to the fit out and complete the refurbishment.
We look comprehensively at space planning, branding, interior design, colour finishes, lighting design and office furniture. We are skilled at combining all of these elements in order to create a workspace which is efficient and within your budget.

Build and fit out costs – Once we have completed the feasibility study, building appraisal and provided you with your layout drawing and visuals, we will then supply you with a complete breakdown quotation. This will show you know exactly how much the refurbishment or fit out will cost. We completely understand that you need to be aware of the costs of the build, this is why we break everything down. At this point there is still ample time to change any of the plans which have been laid out. This is so you can juggle any expenditure if you feel it is not within a sensible budget.
We have gained so much experience now that we tend to provide breakdowns which our clients are happy with first time. This is because through our initial feasibility study, we gain an insight into your company culture and learn about your expenditure and how you operate.

Building service – Our team work long and hard to ensure that all IT and telecom requirements, lighting and power installations, heating, ventilation and air conditioning is costed up and installed as required. We make sure that all electronic installations are factored into the budgeting of the project and when it comes to the fit itself, we plan the build so all wiring or unsightly equipment is out of view and efficiently and safely managed.
Project management - At Cheshire Office Interiors, our approach is always driven by your needs. We recognise that with each project comes an entirely new challenge. We work closely with all of our clients to guide you from design through procurement to implementation and the eventual handover. We always adhere to all health and safety regulations, CMD documentation and building control approvals. We even co-ordinate external services and include them in our remit.
We work mutually with all of our clients and their project managers/contract managers to agree on programme timing. The frequencies of site meetings and any other contact between the two parties which will improve the overall ease of the process are agreed in advance.
